Creamy Beef over Noodles

--2 lbs stew meat
--2 T butter
--1/4 cup soy milk
--1 T gluten free worcestershire sauce
--1 T black pepper
--2 T dried minced onion
--1/4 cup beef broth
--1/2 t kosher salt
--1 t herbs de provence
--1/2 block of cream cheese
--Noodles of choice, cooked

Put meat in crockpot and everything, except the cream cheese and noodles, on top. (I didn't have herbs de provence and used Italian seasoning. It tasted great. -CBS)

Cook on low for 10-12 hours (mine didn't take this long, more like 5 hours with the meat frozen-I guess it depends on how big the pieces are). Squeeze in a half block of cream cheese, and stir until it is incorporated.

Serve over hot pasta.

Any particular reason Soy Milk is used? Did you use the unsweetened kind?

I haven't tried this one because of David's diet, but I guess I could just not give him noodles. I'm going to assume regular milk and worcestershire sauce can be used?
